# U2xAI Academy

> U2xAI Academy ships procurement and supply chain people a working Source-to-Pay AI system they own, and teaches them to run it with Claude Code and MCP. No coding background needed. The goal is simple: prove you can do the job with a system you built, not a certificate that describes one. This is the fuller reference file. For the short version, see /llms.txt.

## What it is

U2xAI Academy is a subscription learning platform and a product in one. You subscribe, you get a working Source-to-Pay AI operating system, and you learn to run and extend it with Claude Code (Anthropic's coding agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol). The system works against real inputs: ERP exports, BigQuery tables, and live supplier APIs, not toy demo data.

Claude Code works in plain English. You describe the workflow the way you would brief a colleague, the system executes, and you check the result. Your procurement knowledge is the hard part. The typing is not.

No prior coding is assumed.

- The Absolute Foundation (Foundations, beginner): new to procurement itself. Source-to-pay, category basics, and how the money actually moves. Learn the domain before you automate it.
- The Source-to-Pay OS (Procurement, intermediate): the flagship. Install and run a working operating system for procurement, with agents for spend analytics, supplier risk, Kraljic segmentation, ESG checks, and audit prep. Your category, your data.
- The Hands-On Cookbook Series (Procurement, beginner): one recipe at a time. PO automation, price resolvers, maverick spend detection. Pick a workflow you hate and fix it.
- Enterprise Infrastructure & MCP (Enterprise, advanced): MCP servers, ERP and BigQuery connections, sub-agent orchestration, and deploying to Cloud Run.
- The AI-Ready Graduate (Graduates, beginner): boot a working spend-analysis system in the interview room instead of listing "proficient in Excel".

## How it works

- Rolling enrolment, not fixed cohorts. You can start any time.
- Daily hands-on live sessions you join whenever they suit you.
- Plan for 4 to 6 hours a week: a live session plus time running your own system. It is designed around a day job.
- Real systems only: ERP exports, BigQuery, and live distributor APIs through MCP. Toy data teaches toy habits, so it is avoided wherever it can be safely.
- You keep the operating system, and you get mentor review of what you build.

## Plans and pricing model

Pricing is subscription-based. One subscription unlocks every course on that tier. There is no per-course checkout and no upsells mid-lesson, and you can cancel whenever you like. ## Frequently asked questions

- Can I run this if I cannot code? Yes, you are who it was built for. Claude Code works in plain English. You describe the workflow, the system executes, you check the result. Your procurement knowledge is the hard part, not the typing.
- What do I need before day one? A laptop, a Claude subscription (a setup guide is provided), and a workflow you are tired of doing by hand. That is genuinely it.
- When can I start, and how much time does it take? Any time. Enrolment is rolling, not cohort-based, with daily hands-on live sessions. Plan for 4 to 6 hours a week. It is designed around a day job.
- Do you use real systems or toy demos? Real ones. ERP exports, BigQuery, and live distributor APIs through MCP. Toy data teaches toy habits, so it is avoided wherever it can be safely.
- Is there a refund policy? 14 days, full refund, no forms to fight. And you keep the operating system.
- Will I get a certificate? Yes. But the thing that gets you noticed is the system you show up with. Bring that to your next review or interview, and let the certificate ride along.
